This condominium is located in a well-run building, with 24/7 security. It's a popular place year-round. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a luxurious retreat with breathtaking ocean views and excellent amenities. ​

The condo is located on the 1st floor (with elevator). There are overhead fans and AC units in the main living room and in both bedrooms.

​The condo is available for adults only. No pets in the condo. (And pets are not allowed around the pool either).

This is a strictly no-smoking unit, including no smoking on the balcony, or around the pool.
